Global Protocol: New World Order
Published by Dorlion Interactive — Last updated: 2026-04-22
Data Collection
Global Protocol is primarily an offline, single-player game. We are committed to respecting your privacy.
What We Collect
- Optional Gameplay Analytics (if enabled): If you allow analytics, we collect gameplay telemetry such as session timing, selected country, high-level gameplay events (for example menus opened and major actions), plus technical diagnostics like game version, platform, and crash/error context.
- Crash Reports: Unity Cloud Diagnostics is enabled. When the application encounters an unrecoverable error, anonymous crash data (stack traces, device info, Unity version) is automatically sent to Unity's servers. No personally identifiable information (PII) is included.
- Analytics Installation Identifier: A pseudonymous analytics profile identifier is created for this installation to support measurement and deletion workflows. It is not used as an account login or authentication secret.
- Local Save Files: Game progress is saved locally to your device in the application's persistent data directory. Save files are never transmitted to external servers.
- Local Log Files:
The application writes diagnostic log files to a
Logs/folder within the persistent data directory. These files remain on your device and are not transmitted externally.
What We Do NOT Collect
- ◆ No personal information (name, email, IP address)
- ◆ No chat messages or free-form personal text from gameplay fields
- ◆ No advertising identifiers
- ◆ No location data
- ◆ No social media information
Steam Integration
If you purchased the game through Steam, Valve's Steam client may collect data according to the Steam Privacy Policy. Global Protocol itself does not collect additional data through Steam beyond what is required for Steam Cloud save synchronization (if enabled by the user).
How to Opt Out
- ◆ Gameplay Analytics: Disable in the game's Settings > Privacy menu at any time.
- ◆ Steam Cloud: Disable Steam Cloud sync in the game's Settings menu or through Steam's per-game properties.
Data Deletion
You can submit a deletion request for this installation's analytics profile from Settings > Privacy in-game. This request applies to the local profile used by this installation.
Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
- ◆ Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for optional gameplay analytics.
- ◆ Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for product stability and security diagnostics (for example crash analysis).
Third-Party Processors
Depending on enabled features, data may be processed by Unity services (for example Unity Analytics and Unity Cloud Diagnostics) and by platform providers such as Steam, each under their own privacy terms.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children's Privacy
Global Protocol does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The game contains no account system, no in-app purchases, and no online communication features.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be noted in the game's patch notes and this document's "Last updated" date.
